Francisco Vasconcellos is an accomplished Coach and Learning and Development professional with a robust background in coaching, training, and educational management. Francisco's career spans high-stress and highly regulated industries such as defence, education and hospitality. He holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and is certified in an extensive range of psychometric tools, including Gallup CliftonStrengths, Hogan Assessments, DISC, Genos Emotional Intelligence. 

Francisco serves as a Performance and Leadership Coach for the Royal Australian Navy, delivering performance and leadership coaching, as well as development programs across Navy training establishments. This role involves designing and delivering tailored coaching sessions, group workshops, and development programs that enhance individual and team performance. His efforts have led to notable growth in coaching engagement and positive feedback from participants and staff.

Additionally, Francisco is an Executive Coach and Learning and Development Specialist at FVL&D, where he designs and facilitates tailored individual, group and team development sessions and programs.

Francisco served as the Senior Academic Program Manager (Business and Entrepreneurship) at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS), where he managed the institution’s largest cohort. He developed and implemented leadership development frameworks, integrated industry-focused psychometric tests into curricula, and achieved exceptional student retention rates during the pandemic through innovative online learning strategies.
