In this interactive session, we’ll break down the data, uncover key strengths and challenges, and spark insightful discussions that align team perceptions. Through guided conversations and group exercises, we move beyond the numbers to create a shared team narrative, ensuring everyone is on the same page about where the team excels and where improvement should be a focus.
