High Potential Leadership Development Program

Invest in the future of your people by empowering your high-potential leaders to achieve their leadership potential.

In today's competitive business environment, the future success of companies hinges on identifying and developing their leaders. The High Potential Leadership Development Program simplifies the process of discovering and nurturing talented individuals who can drive positive business outcomes.

Based on Hogan’s High Potential model and High Potential Talent Report, participants engage in a range of activities that explore and support development in three critical dimensions of leadership potential:

  • Leadership Foundations: the degree to which people can manage their careers, are rewarding to deal with, and are good organisational citizens.

  • Leadership Emergence: the likelihood that people will stand out, emerge, and be seen as leaders in their organisation.

  • Leadership Effectiveness: the ability to successfully guide teams toward productive outcomes.
