Applied Emotional Intelligence Development Program
Emotional Intelligence (EI) and related skills are consistently ranked among the most in-demand skills in the workplace.
In today's fast-paced and interconnected workplace, EI is more important than ever. It is the key to understanding and managing our emotions while effectively and purposefully engaging with the emotions of those around us.
Developed by Genos International, a global leader in EI studies and assessment, the Applied Emotional Intelligence program is designed to support employees at all levels to become more self-aware, empathetic and resilient.
Through practical tools and techniques and on-the-job application, program participants develop the following:
Enhanced self-awareness and the influence they have on others
Empathy and capacity to flex their leadership and/or sales approach to better connect, communicate and influence others
Resilience and well-being to remain more centred under pressure and project greater leadership confidence
Expansive decision-making and buy-in for decisions
Ability to hold authentic and appropriate conversations with others about behaviour and performance
